Excellent quality
Love my new slippers, so nice and cosy, a little tight to start with but the information tells me they will slacken with wear, I'm happy with that as I don't want slippers which fall off my feet! The slippers look smart.
I was so very disappointed with the slipper boots when they arrived. I had carefully checked the sizing on the Slipper Box website which told me that a UK8 was equivalent to a EU42. I am an 8, and not a 7 1/2, so that was important to me. Despite that, when the slippers arrived, they were too small, and when I looked at the label inside it read 8 / 41. So I had to return them. In total the delivery charges came to £7.99 (for initial delivery and then return) even though this was the company's mistake - i.e. their misleading website - and not my mistake. Had I known they were a 41 I wouldn't have ordered them. I'm very unhappy about this, so won't be ordering from Slipper Box again. The quality of the slippers was great and exactly what I was looking for. Just a shame they do not come in sizes over a 41 - there are lots of us out there with feet bigger than a 41! So, be warned - sizes not always as advertised.
Dear Carolyn, Thank you for your review. We are sorry your item didn't fit you and was not as expected. We do adhere to the manufacturer guidelines with regards to sizing. The product you ordered was a size 8UK and in this manufacturers sizing guide this equates to a 41EU. This will vary per brand.
You kindly returned the product to us, using a prepaid our label service. for this a £4 charge and we clear state this on our returns page. We only refund the product cost not the cost of delivery which was £3.99 hence the £7.99 deducted from your refund. We give all of our customers the option of returning their products to ourselves using therw own courier services and for this there is no charge. Once again we're sorry that the product didn't fit.

Ordered black received grey, did not return as I’m going through a big upheaval at present having to replace most of my clothes and house contents due to a fire so moving to alternate accommodation etc is higher on propriety list
So snug, so cosy, so comfy. Great sturdy sole and extremley well made. Tempted to buy all the colours...
