We recommend washing these gently by hand or if machine washed, only at 30 degrees celsius on a wool program. Put the insoles in a pillow case to stop shrinking, Use a mild liquid detergent and allowed to dry naturally at room temperature.

Two weeks old and wear them in my slipper every day they are very comfortable. The heal section is already started to look thin at the end of label. I’m a bit disappointed on the quality for the cost of these.
