The slippers look lovely but they were intended for someone else. Mix up in the post room.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with the company since they arrived. Phone number is out of order. No replies to emails, messages, contact form.

Well worth the money

Husband loves these slippers, they are true to size. Traditional but with a modern take. Beautifully warm quality slippers

I have phoned and emailed about my slippers and have had no response to anything...so obviously not happy.

Was sent the wrong size at first, they paid the huge return fee and sent the correct size out (albeit a rather slow process) we got there in the end! Thought I’d been scammed at first as the phone number didn’t work but all was good in the end! Andrew in customer service was very helpful (through email)
Would definitely buy from them again!
Can’t comment on quality after use as are a Christmas present. 🤞🏻they are as good as the last pair my daughter had.

Excellent quality, helpful support service, comparatively quick service, the most comfortable sleepers, buying not the first time. They last half a lifetime - first, I can’t throw the old ones away - they are just being transferred to the courthouse. Quality is top, it’s like walking on the “clouds”.

Very comfy, good fit, perfect winter slippers

I bought these slippers as a spare second pair, just in case. Absolutely love these and bought a pair for my daughter. Even my husband, who hates slippers, wanted a pair of the men's version and now lives in them.

These slippers are so comfortable, cosy and practical, I had to share the experience and have bought both my daughter and-daughter-in-law a pair each!

These have become a firm favourite, especially for when I go wild swimming and want to put on something warm and easy when I get dressed to come home. Great that you can wear them outdoors and potter around in them close to home.
